Cream Cheese...makes everything taste a little better...

Hello my name is Celia, and I am obsessed with cream cheese...there, I said it! I have been trying recipes that use cream cheese for quite some time now. Everything from chicken pot pies to truffles. Recently I and came accross a delicious dish: Creamy Restaurant-Style Tortellini. the recipe came from Kraft and I think my family is officially sick of it (I've been making it what it seems like every other day).
Here's the recipe:

2 pkg. (9 oz. each) refrigerated three-cheese tortellini, uncooked
4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) Cream Cheese, cubed
1 C milk
6 T Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/4 t black pepper
1 bag (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
1 C quartered cherry tomatoes (about 1/2 pint)

Cook tortellini as directed on package.
Place cream cheese in large skillet. Cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted. (depending on how impatient you become, you may want to help the cream cheese melt by stirring occassionally). Whisk in milk gradually. Stir in 4 T (1/4 C) of the Parmesan cheese and the black pepper. Add spinach; stir to coat; mix lightly.
Sprinkle with tomatoes and the remaining 2 T Parmesan cheese just before serving.

I will tell you that I added a little garlic salt and it made it extra yummy! Kraft has a way of making tasty foods tastier ;)
